Director, Card Growth & Risk Initiatives (Hybrid)

Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director to lead Card Credit R&D and Growth Initiatives in a hybrid role based in Wilmington or San Francisco. You will shape strategic credit risk programs, build business cases, and partner across teams to drive sustainable growth in our Card business.

You will analyze internal and external data, design tests, report results to leadership, and develop scalable plans that expand customer segments while managing risk and delivering strong returns.
