Director, Capital Markets — Hybrid & Global Financing

Qnity in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Director of Capital Markets to lead a global team focused on liquidity management, external financing, and capital allocation in a public-company environment. You will partner with the Treasurer, CFO, and cross-functional teams to ensure governance, risk management, and robust reporting across debt, hedging, and pensions.

The role requires 8+ years in treasury or capital markets, strong modeling and communication skills, and a track record of ownership and
