Director, Campaign Strategy & Donor Development

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a Director for Campaign Strategy and Donor Development to lead strategic outreach for annual and capital campaigns.

You will manage volunteers and boards, develop donor relationships with alumni, and guide frontline fundraisers across North Carolina and beyond in a fast-paced, highly organized environment. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years’ related experience is required.
