Director, Buy-Side & Sell-Side Financial Due Diligence

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence. Based in multiple U.S. offices, you will lead buy-/sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, guiding management and lenders, and delivering integrated analyses with GAAP accuracy.

You will mentor teams, manage complex engagements, and help cross-sell services while upholding A&M's standards of integrity, quality, and client service.
