Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of transformation strategies aligned with the Transmission CoE vision
- Partner with Transmission leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end process improvement initiatives across transmission operations
- Introduce and scale innovative methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure transformation success and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision‑making and track performance improvements
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
- Develop communication and training plans to support transformation initiatives
- Build and lead a high‑performing transformation team
- Coach and mentor staff and stakeholders on continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts
- Facilitate leadership workshops and progress report‑outs to drive accountability and transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineer, Operations Management, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility industry
- Proven track record of engaging in cross‑functional transformation efforts in the utility or related industry
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other transformation‑related certifications preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex organizational environment
- Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
