Director, Business Operations (Fully Remote)

• Own the operating rhythm of a profitable fintech serving 500+ community banks and credit unions.
• Report directly to the CEO and convert a $3M+ professional services backlog into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run weekly leadership meetings, KPI scorecards, and project status meetings with three Project Managers.
• Direct support and delivery teams through managers, own the SLA framework, and ensure SOC 2 compliance.
• Manage CRM (HubSpot) data and workflows, and partner with the Business Systems Engineer on automation.

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced in owning a weekly operating cadence and managing people-managers.
• 5+ years in operations or project management in a B2B software or tech-enabled services company.
• Strong CRM management skills and familiarity with regulatory or compliance-heavy environments.
