Reporting to either the COO or CFO. This remote-based role is ideal for a strategic data leader with experience in BI, analytics, and cross-functional reporting across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.Key Responsibilities Lead BI strategy, data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Deliver actionable insights to improve business performance, retention, and customer LTV. Build and manage a high-performing analytics team. Collaborate closely with CFO/COO on forecasting, KPIs, and financial modeling. Own data tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Excel). Ideal Experience 7+ years in BI or analytics leadership roles. Background in digital B2C, eLearning, SaaS, mobile apps, or coaching industries. Hands-on with data storytelling, automation, and executive-level reporting. Commercial, analytical, and systems thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
