Director, Building Operations & Energy (Hybrid)

The Chicago Housing Authority seeks a Director of Building Operations to oversee maintenance and operations of critical building systems across CHA portfolios. You will set best practices, standardize processes and supervise staff and vendors in energy management, environmental, health and safety programs.

Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and at least six years in facilities management or related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills.
