Director, BRICK Doula Network & Maternal Health Pathway

BRICK Networks seeks a Director to design and launch a community-based doula pathway in Newark. You will recruit, train, credential, supervise, and place doulas within BRICK Healthy Beginnings, building a sustainable Medicaid-billable service line.

You will own the network’s operating model, compensation, quality assurance, and integration across prenatal, birth, postpartum, and the first 1,000 days. Newark-focused leadership is essential.
