Lead the Future of Data
We're seeking an experienced Director of Business Intelligence & Data Strategy to lead an enterprise data and analytics organization through its next phase of digital transformation.
This executive-level leader will define the organization's Business Intelligence vision, modernize cloud-based data platforms, and build a high-performing team that delivers trusted insights across Finance, Operations, Commercial, Human Resources, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence and Data Strategy roadmap.
- Lead the modernization of cloud-based analytics and data platforms.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where analytics can improve operational and financial performance.
- Develop the long-term vision for enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, AI readiness, and data governance.
- Establish KPIs and executive dashboards that drive data-informed decision making.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Business Intelligence and Data Engineering organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Enterprise Data Strategy
- Deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions across multiple business functions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Commercial, Human Resources, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Drive enterprise data governance, data quality, master data management, and security initiatives.
- Establish standards for enterprise data architecture, reporting, metadata, and analytics best practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics.
- Manage Business Intelligence budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Management.
- 5+ years leading enterprise Business Intelligence organizations and technical teams.
- Proven experience developing and executing enterprise BI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred ).
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake , or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Advanced SQL and enterprise data warehousing expertise.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading enterprise cloud migrations.
- Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Terraform, DevOps, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience supporting global organizations with distributed teams.
