What You'll Do
- Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates overall development, management, and successful administration of Behavioral Health inpatient and outpatient services. Planning, organizing and development of Behavioral Health Services including, but not limited to:
- Financial, Administrative operations
- Supervision of Behavioral Health staff
- Behavioral Health Operations
- Program Development
- Business Development
- Strategic Planning related to program quality measures, internal and external growth
- Functions under the direction of the Facility Chief Nursing Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 years of behavioral health leadership experience, with at least 2 years of that in a hospital setting
- Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
