Director, Audience Growth & Cross-Platform Strategy

REFORM Alliance seeks a Director, Audience Strategy & Growth to lead the organization's cross-platform audience development across social, video, and audio. You will set growth strategy for stories and campaigns, turning storytelling into measurable impact, reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications.

The role sits on the Marketing & Communications team in New York City, is full-time and exempt, with ASAP start and in-office expectations 4–5 days per week.
