About the Position:
Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director forDevelopment, the Director, Athletics Annual Fund provides strategicleadership and direction for George Mason Athletics’ comprehensiveannual giving program and the Patriot Club. The Director leads thedevelopment and implementation of strategies designed to acquirenew donors, retain and upgrade current supporters, re-engage lapseddonors, increase unrestricted and sport-specific giving, andstrengthen the pipeline of prospective major-gift donors. Thisposition establishes the annual fund’s fiscal-year plan, revenueand participation goals, performance metrics, donor segmentationstrategies, communications and solicitation calendar, benefitsstructure, stewardship
