Director of Enterprise Architecture & Integration Services
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 Base Salary + 12% Annual Bonus
Position Overview
The Momba Group is partnering with a leading financial services organization seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture & Integration Services to join its technology leadership team.
This highly visible leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's enterprise architecture vision, integration strategy, and master data management initiatives. The successful candidate will lead architecture and integration teams while partnering closely with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, governance processes, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Ensure technology solutions support scalability, security, maintainability, and business growth objectives.
- Lead architecture reviews and guide solution design decisions across multiple technology domains.
- Define and execute enterprise integration strategies across applications, data, and cloud platforms.
- Lead API management, integration services, middleware, and event-driven architecture initiatives.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability across enterprise systems and platforms.
- Drive modernization efforts focused on integration scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Oversee enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and governance programs.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to establish reusable data products and scalable data architecture practices.
- Promote data quality, data lineage, governance standards, and enterprise-wide data consistency.
- Support cloud-based data platforms and future AI and analytics initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve architecture maturity and business outcomes.
- Champion modern software delivery practices including Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, automation, and cloud-native architectures.
- Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and modernize legacy technology platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery speed, quality, and operational efficiency.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of architects, integration engineers, and data professionals.
- Establish performance goals, development plans, and succession planning strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and leader within the IT organization.
Business & Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to align technology investments with business priorities.
- Translate business requirements into architectural solutions and strategic roadmaps.
- Communicate architecture vision, strategy, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and strategic technology partners.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience with significant focus on enterprise architecture, integration, and solution design.
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise architecture and integration programs.
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.
- Experience building and governing enterprise technology standards and roadmaps.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) programs and data governance initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
- Familiarity with data products, cloud analytics, AI enablement, and enterprise data strategies.
- Experience driving digital transformation and large-scale modernization initiatives.
