Director, Annual Giving & Alumni Engagement

McDaniel College in Westminster, MD invites applications for a Director of Annual Giving. The Director oversees a multi-channel annual giving program and leads a three-person team to raise at least $2 million annually from 23,000+ alumni and friends, while personally raising $200,000–$400,000 in new cash and pledges.

Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Director works with Alumni Engagement and Advancement Services to design strategies, uses technology and social
