Director, Ambulatory Clinical Operations

The Christ Hospital is seeking a Director to lead execution of short and long-range operational planning for our ambulatory outpatient clinics and AOC operations across the network.

The role reports to C-suite leadership and oversees practice managers, with responsibility for staff development, capital and operating budgets, and alignment with strategic plans to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
