Day to Day Job Responsibilities
- Wire transfers: management and approval
- Banking and bank transfers
- Audit management: lead audits and state regulation support
- Strategic Partnership and Vendor Management: Build out a database of current vendors and create a strategic partnership plan for external vendors.
- Lead Qualia Integrator and Point Person: as the system administration you would be responsible for updating documents, third party integrations to qualia, optimization of qualia workflows, etc.
- Cross functional partnership with Director of Title Services and both General Counsels on operational optimization
- Weekly Manager Meeting attendance
- Leads the monthly Escrow Services meeting, with Manager of Escrow Services and the Automation and Innovation Lead each leading their own sections
- Wire coverage through 6:30 PM when needed, responsibility shared with team members
Experience
- Must have relevant work experience in the title/settlement industry (Not Mortgage)
- Must have managed employees previously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to liaise with high-profile clients
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess and demonstrate a sense of urgency and handle the high volume of the fastest growing title company in the country
