Director, AI-First Sales Development (Remote)

Runway is hiring a growth-minded sales leader to build and scale our founding BDR organization. You’ll manage the early team and architect outbound workflows powered by AI signals, shaping how Runway wins in enterprise markets across the US and Canada.

You’ll lead system-building, experimentation, and strategic collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and RevOps to define ICPs, lead routing, and GTM execution while evolving the outbound motion for modern prospecting.
