Director, AI-Driven Revenue Operations

Harmonic Security is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build the operational backbone for a fast-growing AI security platform. You’ll own forecasting, quoting, CRM, and data analytics across the US and Europe, partnering with GTM, Finance, Legal, and AI Engineering.

This high-visibility, hands-on role requires AI-native workflows, leadership of a small team, and turning GTM data into actionable insights for the CRO and CEO.
