Director, AI-Driven Expert Network Planning & Analytics

Intuit is seeking a Director, Expert Network Planning and Analytics to own end-to-end planning and workforce operations for IPS. Lead a global team across the U.S. and India, turning ~$1.5B in annual spend into optimal capacity and timing.

You will drive autonomous, model-driven planning, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance to build a Workforce Management Center of Excellence and deliver scalable, data-driven decisions.
