Director, Advisor Experience & Retention

Fora Travel, Inc. seeks a Director of Advisor Relations to own retention for Fora X, our community of top advisors. You’ll build a cohesive function including the team, experiences, and recognition programs that keep advisers with Fora and growing their businesses.

You will design a travel-knowledge bench and the experiences that ensure high‑performing advisors stay engaged. This is a senior operator role reporting to the Head of Advisor Experience in New York City.
