Director, 21st Century Program – Abraham Lincoln School, Mary Snow School
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and CHRC certification required
- Experience with budgeting preferred
- Experience with supervision preferred
- Experience with curriculum development preferred
Responsibilities
- Administers and directs all aspects of the program
- Is thoroughly familiar with the grant contract
- Assures adherence with the grant contract
- Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff
- Supervises and monitors before-school, after-school and summer staff
- Develops and maintains community partnerships
- Approves expenditures in accordance with approved budget
- Manages the recruitment and retention of students
- Fulfills reporting requirements of the grant
