Directional Drill Crew ForemanThis position requires a skilled and experienced individual to oversee the operations of a directional drilling crew. The foreman will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing drilling projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.Key responsibilities include:Supervising and coordinating the activities of the directional drilling crewEnsuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesManaging the logistics and equipment required for directional drilling operationsProviding technical guidance and support to the drilling teamReporting progress and issues to senior managementQualifications:Proven experience as a directional drill crew foreman or similar roleStrong knowledge of directional drilling techniques and equipmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
