This role is 100% on-site, fostering strong collaboration and teamwork through daily in-person connections. Our Miami location offers a fast-paced production environment where employees play a key role in delivering premium products, all within a supportive and team-driven culture.Apply to join New Era's team! Direct to Garment (DTG) printer operator to produce our daily garment printing orders. Responsible for preparing garments to match job specifications while ensuring the best quality and meeting deadlines.

Applicants should be driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to produce high-quality prints in record time. This ideal candidate should have an eye for accuracy and a can-do teamwork attitude.ResponsibilitiesStart up and maintain Direct-to-Garment printersPretreat and print DTG garmentsClean the machines and perform light maintenance dailyKeep constant stream of product running through printer (Load & Unload product)Ensure quality control from start to finishEnsure accurate recordings of printing in computer softwareKeep all sensitive matters confidentialOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDetailed oriented & Excellent AttendanceBasic knowledge of computer technology/file typesCan take responsibility for work produced and has problem-solving skills to fix errorsAbility to perform a repetitive load and unload operationAbility to lift 25 lbs (ink jug cartons)Can be trained for industrial equipment operationCan perform basic maintenance on industrial equipmentFollows all safety guidelinesAdobe Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) a plusEducation and ExperienceHigh school education or equivalentA background in apparel screen printing or wide format digital printing (printing industry knowledge)Travel RequirementThe location for this position is 100% on-site in Miami, FL0% domestic and/or globalThe hourly range for this posted position is $18/hr - $20/hr (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Miami, FL. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
