HOME OF HOPE seeks an HTS/Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals in a faith-based residential setting. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and medication reminders while promoting independence and dignity. You’ll implement individualized service plans, support life-skills training, and document progress and incidents accurately.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that reflects our mission to break cycles of homelessness and foster long-term stability for children and families in crisis.
