CCLI is looking for Direct Service Professionals with generous hearts and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope” to our developmentally disabled group home residents.
Responsibilities
- Transport/safeguard residents on outings
- Coach residents in skills development and administer medications
- Provide person-centered care including personal care as needed
- Perform household maintenance tasks, including meal preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A HS diploma/GED
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
Schedule
Part-time, Evening, Weekend and On Call opportunities available.
Typical staffing needs include the following shifts:
- Evenings – (3p-11p) (part time)
- 30 hrs./wk. Overnight – (11p-9a)
- Weekend day or evening shifts – (7a-3p or 8a-4p) (6p-10p & 3p-11p)
Base Rate of Pay: $21 - 22 per hour (Weekend differential pay is an additional $1.00/hr.)
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
