Haddon Heights Pc Transitional Residential FacilityHaddon Heights PCH is a transitional residential facility for young women ages 17-21.Duties include but are not limited to:Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activitiesPlay an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth's structured routine while collaborating with youth's case manager, clinician, and prescriberEngage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plansMaintain a clean, safe environmentObserving, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviorsPerform all other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred.
