Muller IRTS PositionMuller IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Service Unit) - Provides a secure, safe therapeutic environment for boys and girls ages 11-13.Duties include but are not limited to:Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activitiesPlay an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth's structured routine while collaborating with youth's case manager, clinician, and prescriberEngage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plansMaintain a clean, safe environmentObserving, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviorsPerform all other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred with 1 year of experience working with youth.Must have a valid driver's license.Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends Part time or On-Call shifts.Muller IRTS is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.YCS is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
