As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita in our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in home and community settings. You’ll assist with daily living activities, behavioral and emotional support, and community integration, while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. In this hands-on role, you’ll follow individualized care plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
