As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at ASG Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, and day programs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
• Foster positive relationships and provide emotional support to individuals and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications
