ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal personalized care plans and support strategies.
Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities.
Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records.Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check.
