St. Coletta of Wisconsin seeks a compassionate Direct Support Aide to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based residential settings. In this hands-on role, you will assist with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and participation in community activities.
You will follow individual support plans, document services, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
