- Create daily hooks, angles, concepts, and campaign ideas
- Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts
- Analyze creative performance and iterate on winning concepts
Required qualifications
- Proven experience writing copy that drives sales for DTC brands or apps
- Strong direct-response marketing background
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles
- Experience with Meta Ads and UGC creative
- Strong command of AI tools for research, ideation, and scripting
