Direct Primary Care - Midwest University Town

An established and growing Direct Primary Care organization in Missouri is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a distinctive opportunity combining relationship-based primary care with physician leadership.

This is not a traditional high-volume primary care position. The incoming physician will maintain a smaller patient panel while working alongside an experienced team of Nurse Practitioners in an established membership-based care model.

• Four days in the office plus one remote administrative day

Compensation

Generous initial base compensation with potential upside tied to the physician's desired patient-panel and NP leadership scope.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who:

• Values relationship-based primary care
• Communicates confidently and collaboratively
• Is comfortable working with experienced advanced practice providers
• Can provide physician leadership without micromanaging a capable team
• Appreciates clinical autonomy and an innovative practice environment
• Previous Direct Primary Care or concierge medicine experience is welcomed but not required.

Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a Missouri medical license. Visa sponsorship is not available.
