Direct Primary Care Family Physician

Marathon Health is hiring a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care to employees at our Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. You will work in a smaller patient panel and provide longer visits in a capitated-fee environment, emphasizing quality and patient experience.

The role focuses on preventive care, health outcomes, and a collaborative care model with APPs.
