Direct Message Specialist

Remote | Flexible hours | Independent consultant (1099), commission-based

Love talking to people? Turn your DMs into income.

Careerscape is a fast-growing recruiting and career services company. 70,000 to 80,000 job seekers visit our site every week, and more than 1 million have applied to jobs through us this year. Many of them want a hand with their resume, LinkedIn profile or interview prep. That's where you come in: start friendly conversations and connect them with the right career expert.

Why you'll love it

• Work from anywhere, on your own schedule. 10 hours a week or 40, it's up to you.
• AI does the heavy lifting. It drafts your messages and follow-ups, so you can focus on the conversation.
• Warm leads, ready-to-use templates and training from day one. No cold calling.
• Real impact: every conversation helps someone get closer to their next job.
• Room to grow, including the chance to take on recruiting work with our team.

What you'll do

• Message job seekers who already know Careerscape, on LinkedIn and by email
• Find out where they're stuck in their search
• Recommend the right service, from a $75 quick review to a $799 career program, and send them your personal checkout link

What you'll earn

• 20% to 30% commission on every sale, with no cap
• $50 bonus on every $799 program you sell
• $100 bonus when you hit 10+ sales in a month
• Example: about 20 sales a month works out to roughly $1,000. Top performers earn more.

You'll be great at this if you

• Are friendly, positive and easy to talk to
• Have worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, recruiting or any people-facing role
• Like helping people and are organized about following up

Good to know: This is an independent consulting role (1099), paid on commission only. Our career services are optional and never affect anyone's job application. Must be authorized to work in the US.
