Direct Marketing Manager

Leading a remote team, the full-time Direct Marketing Manager will oversee multi-channel campaign strategy, manage Direct Marketing Strategists, and ensure high-quality execution of client deliverables while driving performance improvements through data analysis. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Direct Marketing Strategists, providing guidance and performance feedback Own the strategic vision for multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, setting best practices and optimization frameworks Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide strategic insights to enhance client experiences and outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing with a focus on multi-channel campaign strategy 1+ years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role with a proven track record of developing others Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms, such as ServiceTitan Marketing Pro Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
