$18- $19

Summary:

The Production Associate plays a key role in manufacturing high-quality food products. This is a hands-on role in a production environment requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production tasks in a food manufacturing environment
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain quality, safety, and GMP standards
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment at the end of shifts
• Support team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a humid environment (warm in summer, cooler in winter)
• Manufacturing or food industry experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
