- Partner with internal teams and customers to develop quotes for waste disposal projects and opportunities
- Coordinate with transportation and disposal vendors to deliver compliant and effective waste solutions
- Manage customer projects from start to finish, resolving issues and ensuring successful completion
- Provide regulatory and operational support related to hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs
- Track disposal opportunities, support revenue goals, and collaborate with Finance on project and revenue reviews
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members while building strong vendor partnerships
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the hazardous and/or non-hazardous waste industry
- Strong knowledge of waste profiling, hazardous waste disposal methods, and industry best practices
- Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations
- Experience with hazardous waste market pricing and competitive pricing strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, make sound decisions, collaborate effectively, and develop others
