Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: McLean, VA
Type: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in software development; 4 years of relevant experience and specialized training or certification in SharePoint development
- Strong SharePoint Workflow experience including Enterprise Workflows (SharePoint Designer and Nintex)
- Experience producing the Level of Effort (LOE) for project requirements deliverables
- Deep experience in IT solution delivery and SharePoint Architecture
- Familiar with development and change life cycles for both EUCs and Applications
- Hands‑on experience with Build and Deployment tools and languages
- Proficient in documenting and communicating ideas clearly
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑starter; collaborative; problem‑solver
- Capable of working independently
- Knowledge of SharePoint Best Practices
