HOME OF HOPE is seeking compassionate Direct Care Staff to support children and young mothers in our faith-based residential program. In this on-site role, you’ll ensure safety, structure, and a nurturing environment while supervising daily routines, assisting with life skills, and modeling positive behavior. You’ll document observations, support crisis interventions, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to help families heal, grow, and move toward lasting independence.
Ideal candidates have experience with at-risk youth or families, strong boundaries, and a heart for mission-driven, faith-informed service.
