HOME OF HOPE seeks Direct Care Staff to support children and young mothers in a faith-based residential program. In this role, you will provide hands-on supervision, ensure safety and structure, and model positive behaviors in a nurturing, trauma-informed environment.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines and life skills, transporting residents to school and appointments, and accurately documenting behaviors and progress. You will collaborate with counselors and case managers to carry out individualized care plans, respond appropriately to crises, and uphold program rules and house expectations. As part of a mission-driven, compassionate team, you will help residents build stability, resilience, and hope while gaining meaningful experience in youth development, family services, and faith-centered community care.
