Direct Care ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly motivated Direct Care Professional to join our team. As a Direct Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their safety, health, and well-being.

Your role will be critical in helping our clients achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportationAbility to pass a criminal background check, preemployment physical and TB testExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with individuals with disabilitiesCertification in CPR and First AidExperience with behavior management techniquesExperience with electronic health recordsResponsibilities:Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication managementDevelop and implement individualized care plansMaintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clientsSkills:As a Direct Care Professional, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients. You will also use your organizational and time management skills to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical in ensuring the best possible care for our clients.

Additionally, your experience with behavior management techniques and electronic health records will be beneficial in this role.
