Initiative, collaboration, and the ability to nurture and grow a team are keys to the success in this role!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Generates revenue through investing in expansion projectsDirects and controls the development and implementation of sophisticated projects, business ventures and transactions; collaborates with business partners to ensure projects are completed on time and on budgetEstablishes and maintains partnerships with customersIdentifies, evaluates and recommends business opportunitiesInteracts with customers of all levels of an organizationProvides updates to senior leadershipDevelops/manages budgets, plan and forecasts; conducts regular cost analysisCoordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employeesOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: Bachelor's degree, a minimum ten (10) years’ relevant industry experience and previous experience leading teams across multiple subject areas focused on acquiring or developing major projectsPreferred: MBA, CPA or PEOther Requirements:Extensive experience in sophisticated commercial negotiationHistory of successfully developing and closing sophisticated transactionsDemonstrates ability to positively influence high level decision makersDemonstrates extensive knowledge of the energy industryDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills#LI-KM2We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
