Dining Services Director - Elevate Care & Culinary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will supervise the food service team, ensure high quality meals, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and HCSG policies.

Ideal candidates have a degree in food service management or hospitality, experience with menu adherence, staff training, and strong communication skills.
