What You'll Do:
- Leading the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service and guide dining servers.
- Performing essential dining duties, including taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with clean-up.
- Conducting pre-shift meetings and training servers to enhance service quality.
- Maintaining a superior dining environment, overseeing sanitation, inventory, and ensuring compliance.
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
