Digital Web Analytics SME

Join a strategic digital analytics engagement where you’ll help assess web measurement operations, improve tagging workflows, and identify opportunities for smarter, more scalable delivery. This remote consulting role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical depth with process improvement and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Review current web analytics task inventories and workflow structures to understand how implementation work is performed.
• Evaluate which activities are best suited for onshore, offshore, or AI-enabled delivery models.
• Assess existing processes across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Web SDK, Tealium, and related digital measurement tools.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen governance, quality assurance, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
• Recommend automation and AI opportunities that can improve analytics implementation and support functions.
• Partner with implementation teams and product owners to assess process maturity and operational efficiency.
• Contribute strategic guidance based on practical experience in web analytics and tagging operations.

Skills

• Deep experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Web SDK, and Tealium.
• Hands-on background in implementing and maintaining analytics tracking across digital properties.
• Strong understanding of tagging strategy, data collection architecture, and analytics governance.
• Experience with QA processes for digital measurement and implementation work.
• Ability to evaluate workflows, operating models, and delivery structures.
• Comfort working as a strategic advisor while drawing on technical implementation expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying offshore delivery opportunities within analytics or digital operations.
• Familiarity with using AI or automation to support analytics workflows and documentation.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on process improvement and delivery optimization.
• Background in enterprise digital environments with multiple stakeholders and complex implementation needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
