As a trusted advisor to the Vice President, Digital, the full-time remote Digital Strategy Principal will shape strategic priorities and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives through structured problem solving and strong stakeholder partnerships. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to prioritize, plan, and execute critical business and transformation initiatives Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives requiring collaboration across business functions and technology teams Develop executive-level analyses and communications to inform strategy and support governance structures for strategic initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience Eight or more years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise strategy Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives with measurable impact Proven ability to influence decisions in a matrixed environment without direct authority Experience creating executive-ready presentations and strategic roadmaps
