Digital Strategy Director

To establish and enforce digital marketing standards across a growing platform, the full-time remote Digital Strategy Director will manage digital audits, oversee paid media campaigns, and provide budget guidance while supporting multiple operating companies across various regions including Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and India. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive digital audits and develop formal portfolio-wide SOPs for SEO, paid media, and online reputation management Manage end-to-end Google and Meta campaigns, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing advertising requirements and optimizing performance Lead website strategy and execution across portfolio company sites, including supporting corporate redesign efforts and integrating email and organic social strategies Required qualifications 6-8+ years of technical digital marketing experience with a deep, cross-channel expertise Hands-on experience with CRM systems and familiarity with property management systems Proven ability to manage hundreds of concurrent Google and Meta campaigns at both property and corporate levels Advanced technical SEO knowledge along with current AEO/GEO experience Experience in multi-level reporting, PropTech, and AI integration within digital marketing workflows
