Digital Solutions Consultant (Adobe Commerce / Business Analyst)Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant (DSC) with strong Adobe Commerce (Magento) experience and a solid background in business analysis and functional consulting.This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ecommerce requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable Adobe Commerce solutions.This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can support end-to-end ecommerce implementations, from discovery through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Adobe Commerce initiativesTranslate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of ecommerce features and integrationsSupport end-to-end Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations, including catalog, checkout, promotions, and payment workflowsFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teamsEnsure data, integrations, and platform configurations align with business requirements and best practicesIdentify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across ecommerce experiencesAct as a liaison between product, business, and development teams to drive successful deliveryRequired QualificationsStrong experience working with Adobe Commerce (Magento) — requiredExperience in a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or DSC role within ecommerce environmentsProven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutionsExperience writing: user stories, functional documentation, acceptance criteriaSolid understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, payments)Experience working in cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, AEP, etc.)Familiarity with system integrations (ERP, CRM, payment gateways)Experience in agile delivery environmentsAdditional InformationLocation: Norman, OklahomaWork Model: On-site (5 days per week)The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
